To the guy saying the cgi Alien killed the movie , it was a guy in a suit , overlaid by cgi , I don’t think it killed the movie , I’m a fan of the movie and I do wish it was a fully practical suit , there was a 9 foot puppet with a guys head inside the xenos chest and he was in stilts so even the practical suit needed cgi to remove the guy inside the puppet .... so it’s not all cgi

As a covenant fan I have been called a retard prequel fan and shit down from threads because I tried to argue for covenant and have a dialogue with fans who dont like the prequels , though my favourite movie of all time is Alien

Not that it sucked, but looked a bit under budget..

Actually there is 4 good talkers here. But anyhow, the 2 things that cooked Scott and Covenant was the cgi Alien and the lack of acting and storyline in the 2nd half. Like the guys said in the 40th minute in this podcast, with stories like Defiance, Dead Orbit, Isolation to come out Claire and agree no more stories can be made means you really grew up on Resurrection lol...So many stories on Aliens stalking and horror with a bit of smart story and a bit of action and this is what a whole studio comes out with. By the way to the guy who never stops interrupting every second, bladerunner 49 or whatever sucked.

Great show hopefully you go back to the original 2 and the girl in this podcast. Nice 3 person crew.
