i am listening in the UK and would like to take part in Joanna's research. i am 67 and have been taking anti psychotics since 1975. i wondered if this was possible and feel my MHT would be supportive although i feel i am sound mentally at present because i have given up meat and have a plant based diet these last two months also i have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis recently which i believe i have suffered with for years and am able to take anti-inflammatories and am pain free now just these last two weeks. i am sleeping better now. Also my nurse is giving me accurate injection doses. I have weight gain which impairs my joint issues and my mobility so i want to come off my Haldol injection dosage 50mg weekly.
