Can't even imagine what it's like losing your mum and so publicly when you're just a kid. Thanks Harry for keeping it real. What a genuine guy. 💯

Trying to find out where Harry got the info about providers needing 30 minutes of support for themselves for every 3 hours they spend providing support!

Loved this. What a lovely reassuring interview on mental health ‘normalising’ what we use to consider the abnormal.

This is a wonderful interview; Prince Harry has shown by speaking out about his own issues and how he dealt with them that mental health affects us all. He points out that although he, his brother and sister in law may be privileged they intend to use those privileges in a powerful way for good. Go Harry !!!

How refreshing to hear of the positives that can come from privilege. Prince Harry through his high public profile will probably impact so many who suffer in silence. Well done for bringing the normal pressures of life despite being royal to the public. Congratulations on a great move towards less stigma around mental health.

This was such a refreshing and much needed conversation around the topic of mental health. Being someone in my 20s and a young adult carer for mum who suffers with chronic mental health issues, I've always been of the opinion that the stigma surrounding mental Heath is causing people to not talk about their problems and therefore making matters worse. Thank you so much Bryony for this podcast and to Prince Harry for opening up about your struggles and bringing this issue much needed attention.

Was so nice to hear a Royal talk about struggles we all deal with. All new respect for Harry.

Prince Harry: I sought counselling after death of mother led to two years of 'total chaos' in my twenties - exclusive Telegraph interview This is a podcast with Prince Harry that should be listened to by ANYONE who is having a hard time coming to terms with a distressing situation. Thank you Harry for showing us it's normal to be unable (without help)to come to terms with those bad things in life. uk.tony
