I don’t think it’s fair to assert that hormones won’t do anything post puberty. They absolutely do less and less until your about in your 50s-60s where it starts being almost useless. But I know a huge amount of trans women in their late 20s, 30s, 40s, who have gone on E and HAVE gotten physical effects. In fact, almost all of that age group of people I know have had good results from HRT. It’s not fair to people to use scare tactics.
