@briangiddens359 : Some studies have shown that as many as 40% of accusers admit to deliberately falsifying their accusations after fact when they know the damage is done. Dr Ford couldn't even substantiate her claims with one version of her own testimony. There are plenty of people who use a false allegation just to harm someone they want to screw with and then they hind behind the ones that say no one would make this up. If it's something we're not allowed to addres then it's going to remain an element that makes people question the whole. His stats are completely off by the way. Men are not 3% and women are not 90%. It doesn't even make mathematical sense. That's only if you devalidate rape that does not involve the victim being penetrated. In other words those stats are the same ones that say that he was not and can not can be raped.

Yes, Mike. I believe you. Thanks for being brave. Thanks for giving me one more reason to tell my college-age children to stand up for others and for truth. Thanks for helping me see another way that I can strive to make the world safe for people.

We believe you! And I can't even say thank you enough for your willingness to make this podcast, and so much more so for your vulnerability and honesty. Thank you SO much for your courage to be real and even to be authentic about your not being ready to talk about your experiences. I believe you. And I've never loved you more. Which is saying something. Thank you for being you, Mike!
