$ 10.83 is not a fair rate for MIA. Besides the fact that other companies offer $15 minimum compared to $10.83 @ Envoy with flight benefits (which doesn't cost a penny to the company), how am I going to go on vacation if I have no money to pay for Airbnb, transportation, food etc?. We have to work 12-14 hrs/day to make 70-90 dollars a day after the 401k,health insurance etc. The majority of the workers here (MIA) have two jobs, and they have to deal with every day mandatory 2 hrs extension minim
