I’m curious… how many ‘witches’ were actually Alchemists?

My grandpa used to polish nickels with mercury and I also remember playing with liquid mercury balls (with bare hands!) on my grandma’s plastic tablecloth . Yep. My mom and grandma were smoking, nearby.

It seems to me that the Emerald Tablet is about Birthing a Child. A BALANCED and well-adjusted, child.

I’m struggling with the notion that Alchemy is ‘active feminism’; and that the Simple Solution is: having Men admit (to themselves and the whole world, in no uncertain terms) that they MUST become more like Women IN ORDER TO EVOLVE.
