This is EXACTLY what is happening to me. The current political climate, and reading the toxic comments (why?!?) on fb makes me so anxious about our country, as well as the pandemic and all the tear downs in that arena. I'm a nurse and occasionally will respond when someone says something so outrageously disinformation bc I care so tremendously about public health and these people are leading others astray. But then you have folks attack you and its hurtful. So I waste time looking at horses.
