This podcast reminds me of the Governance for Development course where I wrote a paper on power and power relations in environmental governance. In this podcast, Prof. Kavanagh echoed it esp. on how power structures may impact health with regards to the interplay of politics and law on one hand and health on the other. The thesis that ”Law structures people’s health. It both creates an environment where people can be health, can get access to services or it can harm!” is very critical to health!
