Greg I just had the biggest and best lesson and eye opener today listening to your story. And I want to thank you for sharing it. I'm the asshole in my shop and it made me think of how much time I have wasted thinking about my growth problems all wrong. And I can now see that my problems are not personnel but me. And now starts what I hope can be life changing for all of us at our shop. Again thank you so much.

Great story, So true we as owners have a huge impact on the business from the biggest to the smallest things, we should do a self check on ourselves once and a while to make sure we stay on track, it goes a long way.
