Definitely it's all individualized. We can never get enough nutrients. That's why i like my vitamins. And also, be careful on what vitamins you pick. A lot of fillers and you are taking vitamins that have more fillers than nutrients.

I completely agree about health. I'm considered obese. I workout 6 days a week. I see my doctor 2 times a year and get bloodwork done. I'm pretty healthy. And I eat 90% healthy. Plus I take many vitamins on purpose. I study nutrition. I barely ever get sick. Knock on wood. I've never been on any pharmaceutical medicines. We have only one body in this life.
