absolutely nonsense, Xi jinping worked from a peasant level to county head, to provincial, to state, he knows it all, he has studied for a year in America, he can speak English, though no perfectly, he reads tons of books, Russian classic, English, Chinese, he is the top of top of all world leaders, in his experiences, cross cultural mindset, and deep understanding of the people of China at the very bottom. that’s why China can eliminate absolute poverty while america is getting more.
