My impression is that that Meredith it’s just another Jenner in a younger body. There throughout she was making subtle demands of him, especially about the ring, beating around the bush at first, but she got what she wanted. Here she is sounding demanding while crying. Just because they are new together it’s a subtle control she has over him. In the long run if they were together long enough he would find out she she has the same control issues. I believe he is attracted to women like that.

If you are unhappy, get out of the relationship. You don‘t cheat on your partner. Period.
