These are awesome-- this could be a book!
Amazing 100th episode! If this is your first it serves as a perfect introduction to all the rest. What I appreciate is the honesty about art and life as a path. There will be bumps in the road and you are here to meet them.
2 female artists mentioned/featured in this episode neither of which are šÆšŗšø Female Artists neither of which appear middle or working class income or lower income in their culture or socio economic field or POVs?! This is what is the saddest difference between the present declared āDisruptive Artists/Movementsā & those of the past WWar eras etc. šŗšøšØ
It seems to me lonnnnnng over due that females that are now regardless of color - a primary outcasted and censored as well as controlled group - should have the majority of the wall/gallery space and the majority of the $ and collective creative investors support as well. Yet - as in mainstream business, politics, etc., we remain under represented and and little recognized, respected, appreciated or promoted! When - if ever - will ALL women of the World - not just a tiny few elite change this?!
Yet another brilliant podcast!! Thank you!!
Thank you for this episode. Iām a writer. I paint with words. This episode helped me get a better grip on my brand. I write about spiritual things, about how to hear Godās voice since most people I talk to donāt think God speaks to them. I write how I see God everywhere, or at least signs of him the way hunters spot signs of wildlife theyāre tracking. I write in many genres. In my view, when weāre in time-stopping flow with our work, we feel exhilarated because weāre flying beneath Godās wings
Wow, this was so accurate! A great conversation for all artists (actually, everyone) to have with themselves.
I listen on . Great interview. I think that being insecure about your work is part of the life. Itās been very hard for me to settle on a direction, and Iāve been painting for 50 years. When does it end?
Love your podcasts!!
Good insights coming directly from what you were doing - not theory. I really appreciate it.
Thank you!!! This was profoundly timely today!
Got the link to this from Louise Fletcher and am so grateful..I needed to here this !!! The universe gives when you ask. Now I am a faithful folloer
I listened to the interview with Ian Kimberly and thought it was great! Heās gotten to that in between place.
Louise rocks!!
