These large heavy trucks and SUVs are among the safest vehicles to drive. I sure don't want my wife driving some Prius or e-bike.

What gets me is his elitest attitude like a person that owns a sailboat and has an attitude toward powerboat owners. This whole rant about the police "missusing" bicycles by using them with the sprockets out to protect themselves from rioters who are throwing bricks an rocks and Molotov cocktails at our police. The bicycle is a tool for the police. Quit blaming the bike makers for making a tool that may be used however police departments may see fit.

I used to listen to this man' show from time to time because he would have some interesting bicycle related content. However This show like a couple of other bicycle podcasts have decided it is an intelligent move to boycott companies that own firearms related businesses in addition to other sporting pursuits. Gun Owners also ride bikes, and when you declare a protest against these companies you are boycotting millions of law abiding citizens. I will no longer patronize you by giving you an audience and I will let everyone I know that rides a bike and owns firearms about your political agenda which dominates most of your program.
