A thought (not a judgment): Participating in the childhood joy of Purim costumes is good, but will be outgrown. Taking part in the joy of giving is an experience and skill that will hopefully last a lifetime. Maybe costumes could be given a little less time to make room for a little giving. Maybe giving to those who have less (if the gifts must be to 'friends' many would likely value the friendship too) Oh, and if you want to pass the pineapple juice on to a 'final stop' I'll gladly send you my address. I love pineapple juice but, being on Food Stamps of $60/mth haven't been able to afford it in years,
