As to Paul’s reticence about the teaching and calling himself a spiritual teacher... In a recent (2022) channeling the Guides said Paul was chosen (at least partly) specifically because he was not eager to be a channel. The Guides said the teaching comes through more easily and cleanly without the intentional interference of the personality. Probably alot easier on the channeler when they have no attachment to outcome.

The other day I came home from work, my gf said she had a funny anecdote about a video game. I told her to stop and I said, ”Hiiii, do you wanna take a picture with me?” And it was that exact joke from Duke nukem 3d that she was going to tell me. It was weird. I had no other clue other than something funny in a video game and I nailed it.
Yeah man you just let the land lord know and they do nothing and everything gets worse then they kick you out on christmas, renting is totally the way to go.
