Depends on the numbers. What is the average sales percentage driven by Celebrity Influencers, especially with similar products? Will this percentage produce a profit for R&S, and what is the growth rate of the market? R&S needs to realise that the tastes of an expanding market will most likely change from legacy tastes to something else. If the numbers are in favour of a profit, then I think the company should go with the Celebrity endorsement.
