Stumbled onto your podcast and it is great! I have many men in my life, husband, sons, grandsons, brothers, friends and co workers. But not an expert! Love getting the fresh insight. And you are funny! Always helpful.
On the suject of the "crazy" comment segment of the show, I think it was hit on the head about your partner being dismissive. Nobody, men or women want to feel like their partner is not hearing them or don't care about their feelings or addess the underlying issue. I disagree with the idea that men don't have feel emotional, I think the problem there is that men have been taught by social norms that it's not okay to be emotional, and that is the problem. We as women want you to show your emotions because we want to know how you feel and we want you to be vulnrable so that we can see where you stand on an issue and we want you to show empathy for how we feel. It should also be visa versa in women showing empathy. The point being it should be socially acceptable for men to speak about and show their emotions.
