I love this interview! Wow! If I can offer only one tiny criticism, please Phil.. please stop saying yeah or yes or aha every 3 seconds. It sounds like you’re trying to rush everyone through their stories or comments. And it distracts from what is being said. Really frustrating to listen to. But that’s very minor and I am a huge and devoted fan.
