Fasting is epic! I’ve done 3-40 days of Daniels or water or shakes smoothies soups supplements and juices. Over the past 12 years. As we got older we can become diabetic fasting for so long, so now i do 40 days a year. 40 days fasts are dominion fasts. Make sure you write down what you’re fasting from and fasting for. That catalyst will help you be more determined. If you have to break a fast, tack another day on the end.
