None of these case studies match my 100 yo Grandfather who can still do evthing on his own and eats fast food, smoked & drank til 60, eats processed food, he did exercise & does, watches TV and is sort of selfish as far as his community but takes care of family. He has been retired since age 48.
Last one where the woman got hit by the car, nothing was said about her dog, if it survived or not.
such a great parenting message!!! my son and daughter are adults now, but as a soccer coach and mentor, i wanted my kids to learn to ask what they needed from me and what they thought they should do to be who THEY wanted to be.
i was born and raised in upstate NY, then in 7th grade (the Worst time to move and have to make new friends!). we moved to Virginia, my mom was born and raised in Brooklyn and some smartasses said you talk funny, i said ”you talk like a redneck!”. i just gaveback and could laugh at myself if someone pointed out something dumb i said or did. not giving anyone an appointment to be social police over you is important, and as a result I’ve made friends all my life in my own way.
