On the Pandora advice there is a slight caveat. Engaging Dora with a spider is fine if you want stop her from shooting. But it won't stop her from just walking away from you. If she is with in the spiders ml range and declared a walk. The spider would be better off just letting her walk away. If it tries for a Disengaging strike you are looking at ml4 to wp7. On top of a high likely hood of failing you also just gave Pandora a free 4" push before she even takes her Walk. So why yes you might make Pandora waste 1 ap by no means did you stop her and her mobility.
