It's refreshing to have a Dr take a holistic approach to these issues. However, I do all the things advised and still don't have periods... I think psychological factors is often overlooked and could be the source of blockages...

Can I ask a suggestion? At the moment I work as a waitress and I struggle to plan my meals. I am trying having quite large but balanced (good carbs, lots of veggies, good fats) breakfast and lunch and restrict my dinner at a salad with fish (tuna or salmon, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar) as I can eat that only by 11 of 12 pm, when I finish my shift. It is a real struggle though to understand if I am keeping my diet healthy as my shifts change all the time and I consume a lot of energy (the job is hard and I do HIIT training at least 3 times/week). Any suggestions please write! Thank you in advance

Thank you for this, mentioning the alkaline diet. I'm a respiratory specialist nurse and have tried to tell so many who have been sharing this. It's literally a matter of life and death if the pH changes!
