Girls you have brightened my day ❤️
I listen to you withering on with great pleasure as I garden on Mull. You make the dreich days bearable and often make me laugh. Love you both. Thank you.
Hi Fi and Jane, I only found Fortunately when it appeared on R4 on Tuesday evenings. It's now my only podcast. Why didn't the BBC advertise it? They finish programmes early to run trails for podcasts of dross by people I've never heard of. OK, I'm 72 and a R4 bunny, or old crone, and for me Garvey was the best thing about Woman's Hour by far. Can't you do two a week? I've started at the beginning, and I'm into the fifties, but why wasn't it advertised on R4? Great, sublime, thanks, Anne .
Loved a review of the book Gut some time ago. In the Times I think. Without the slightest sense of irony it said the book says we're all sitting on the loo in the wrong position. It said we should all put our feet on a small stool...
Aaaaw don’t knock all of us sweaty joggers. Maybe it’s different in the cities. We’re not all bad. But could we ask all the new and casual cyclists to wear helmets. Love 62 year old nutty triathlete xx
I love this podcast with all my heart but during lockdown as someone working for a charity I am more stressed and working 3 times as hard. I yearn for every weekend and find it hard to listen to people who are too bored to read a book! Please we get it now.
Yes same for me too.
I had the same, silence after the first few minutes. I listened to the rest through BBC sounds instead.
Complete silence beyond 6:55. Redownloaded it and same thing happened. Is it me?
Love listening to you from Wellington New Zealand. Thank you. Have a great day.
Great episode with a fabulous guest.
