Mr. Trofimov is evasive about Ukrainian anti Semitism. In fact, Ukrainians were complicit in the killing of Jews during WWII. Many Ukrainians volunteered for guard duty at various concentration camps. My mother, who survived 4 different concentration camps, reported that a majority of the guards at those camps were Ukrainians and Latvians.

I have no problem stating my thoughts. What is wrong with the big picture - Many people’s self-entitlement to their OPINIONS on here is stunning. I’m a scholar, but more than that, I am an observer. I usually do way more listening to everyone else’s views and reasons that they are correct. Are your thoughts yours? Or are they perhaps based on what your Ego self latches onto? Do you know your soul, the essence of who you are, not influenced based on the soil, and family you were born to?

There never was an Arab Palestinian state. Palestine (aka Palestina) was the name given to the former kingdom of Israel after it was conquered by the Romans. It was done in order to erase all vestiges of Jewish life in that part of the world, just like you are trying to do now in this ignorant post.

It’s all about opinion apparently, not the participation in dialogue. I prefer the latter. If that’s life, that’s politics, I prefer just life with people who engage in dialogue.
