Love hearing about how entrepreneurs spot markets to disrupt and then execute the disruption really well. You find things that you never knew about a market. The fact Garrett was prepared to get a job in the industry to fully understand it is so clever. Really enjoyed this podcast.

I recently got interested in 3HAG and a colleague recommended Dom’s podcast. I’m learning fast - from simple quickly implementable ideas to broader concepts.

I am a frequent listener to podcast from sports, technology to business. My go to podcasts are 'Harvard Business Review' , 'Ted Talks' and the Melting Pod by Dom Monkhouse. The Melting Pot is great in so many ways; - the variety of business topics covered - love the section where Dom asks the interviewee about their lessons learnt and best books they have read. I have ordered and read many recommended books as a result. - Dom asks the right probing questions and lets the interviewee talk. I have learnt alot from these podcast and have frequently encouraged my senior leadership team to listen.
