Interesting topic. I can’t help thinking there needs to be a bit more balance here. I’ve never been into meditation, but I do love yoga. I’ve always thought long meditation is a bit strange. It’s essentially sensory deprivation. I would have liked to here more about how this affects the brain. Thanks though
