Cops busted in my boyfriend’s apartments door in Texas. They had noticed lots of electricity usage coming from his house. They claimed it was indicative of a ’grow farm.’ They scared the out of him. It was a grow farm but a bit coin farm! It was during the Early days of bit coin mining and and had 15 computers working full time mining for them. The police never apologized or fixed his door.

Yeah their theories on ’why shootings happen’ are all traditionalist bullshit. Ease of access to high caliber rapid fire weaponry. Lack of access to mental health services. Societal pressure to not seek help Lack of social safety nets. Everyone who isn’t part of the top 10 percent struggles to just make ends meet and are one bad day away from abject poverty. Hard to parent in that situation. Thisdoesn’t happen in any other stable industrialized country. Just America.
This is a terrible podcast. Police propaganda basically, especially political propaganda. Don’t subscribe.

As soon as you bring up make believe, you lose me.
If you want to fix this as quickly as possible then you have to start arresting cops at the scene when they do this kind of thing. Book them for battery and assault and whatever crime they are committing. You know...your job. I‘ve listened to plenty of these and I like you guys and believe you to be honest and willing to accept responsibility and admit mistakes and learn and grow. You are the good guys. You ain‘t perfect, but nobody is and you recognize this. But y‘all gotta police yourselves...
