@dloycebowen could be due to “crime junkie”, another audiochuck production, hosts accused of plagiarism a couple of years ago. I noticed “Crime Junkie” drops a lot of sources and direct quotes in recent episodes.

Well, I disagree. This are all great true crime stories and very well documented and written .

Obsessive focus on details that don‘t matter. Sounds too gossipy...”xyz said” and ”abc said”, then ”jkl said...” Too many ”said‘s”. Summaries work well.
