So excited to have FJ in this format! I’m not a YouTube consumer. You and my pilates girl are the only reason I ever go to YouTube. But I do a lot of driving and I love podcasts. I’ve only recently given myself permission to think of myself as a creative. I am going to love hearing a fellow INFJ discussing these ideas.

OMG...simply brilliant! Can't thank you enough! You are a lifesaver...or a novel-saver. You are like the friend, who walks in when you in a verge of a panic attack because you can't find your phone, and says "dude, it's in your hand". ..or something. So thank you for stating the obvious...that I kinda knew all along but which I had so totally failed to realize. So yeah, thank you!

Good stuff! Being an artistic INTJ perfectionist, I often find myself mentally exhausted after trying to be creatively productive outside the Heureka!-moment. Usually I just end up wasting 3-6 h changing fonts and trying out different layouts instead of writing the damn novel. Nevertheless, I think most of what you said made a lot sense and I think I might be able to use some of it to try and push myself past and beyond my comfort zone. So thank you! Keep up the good work, both here and in YT!

I can relate. I think back now and see how my INFJ type was a really bad mix with fundamentalist Christianity. Guilt, shame, innate drive to make good choices, yet I’m not good enough. It just spun me up into a big mess. I could never be enough and never felt that I was trustworthy to do the right thing... exhausting! I tried for decades and was miserable and anxious. It wasn’t until I hit my 40’s and said “enough”. If God was real, he doesn’t need me to do anything. Just be me. That’s when I actually felt loved and accepted. I never want to go back to church. Never. It only triggers negativity and rejection. It’s just not healthy for this INFJ. And now I’m much more accepting of ppl wherever they are... as long as they aren’t self-destructive. Everyone be nice!!!
