Podcasts are personal. They don't always speak to all ears. I struggled through the introduction, epi 1 and stopped 10 minutes into epi 2. I felt like I was listening to a breakroom of Christian women complaining about their struggle with weight, enter Weight Watchers points, locking my freezer, and lots of watchwords being thrown around like "boundaries". No substance, just disconnected conversation. Not for the deep thinker or the mature Christian. I feel certain it has helped many.as for me, I will pass. The information is pedestrian at best. Hardly any scripture attached in the first few episodes.
