loved this. thank you.
I’ve been listening for a few years, but I decided to go back and start from the beginning. I’m glad I did because this episode reminded me to download the recipe PDF, which happens to have a few of my favorites. I’m excited to try some mew ones!
love this episode 21🙂
I haven’t finished listening yet, but I love what Julien said about focusing on being able to teach children in his life about FI/RE through his generous actions. I have one person in my life who fits that profile, and he didn’t seem to influence my parents despite the fact that I know he shared his knowledge with them. However, over time he has influenced me greatly through his occasional words of wisdom and, even more importantly, through his ability to be generous w/ many people.
Great interview! Love Brandon - always so introspective, thoughtful, and humble.
Very helpful. I especially liked when Sean walked through how easy the Roth conversion is if it makes sense.
The idea of having a super low cost of living and i super high savings rate has never been more important than now. The idea of living off of a 4% return going forward may be stopped up. But nothing can stop you from having a low cost of living and a high savings rate.
Guys, thanks for ramping up to 5 days per week ... big service to the community. Looking forward to riding this out together.
As a real estate investor I take appreciate the information shared here.
I m sure PMI drops off your loan when you reach 20% equity. Your benifit is paying extra on principal.
These guys just saved me a million bucks!
Very good info on optimizing your career.
I really like this chapter
Great episode today! The guests you guys have and the information you provided is so valuable! Thank you!
I loved this episode. Amazed her aggressiveness to pay off that amount in 10 years. It has ignited a fire that I can pay mine off in less than 3 years and be cc and student loan debt free. I plan to own 4 properties in 10 years, quit my job, and retire in 10 years. Great podcast it and with a mentor (they don't know what they have done) have helped me see the better side of life I have sold off donated, or thrown away movies, video game system, thrown away nic nacs, and cancelled Netflix wanted to do. You and my mentor have helped me to see that those things don't make me happy, and have wasted hours and hundreds of dollars. Thank you and her soo much for everything and this wonderful episode. I just want to be there for my family and not stuck in a typical 9-5 job, and miss out on those precious moments. I am quiting my current job getting into my career, and pursuing my dream of financial freedom, a loving life, and a wife and family I can be there for. Thank you thank you.

Did Jonathan move to the deep south? 😂 I feel like he might have geo arbitraged down to Georgia over the past 15 months since leaving the show and picked up a little bit of an accent. Haha
