My sponsor sent me this podcast and I truly enjoyed it because I could relate so much growing up and my father was the same plus more but today I realize everything and see it all. It helped listening and I recommend everyone to listen to this.

I absolutely love your take on the "Who am I to....?" question - it's brilliant and really helped squelch my own insecurities as I embark on a new venture. Thanks Christine - you're a genius coach!

Re: Marisa Peer interview; while I don't doubt Marisa's success or skill, what she presents is nothing more than standard CBT. Kudos to Christine for bringing up the importance of emotion. Contrary to what Peer suggests, thought does not always precede emotion; recent research is confirming this. CBT has a lot to offer, but it's not the "be all and end all" that some would like to think it is. Just my two cents :)
