Saying we can prevent cheating is a lie, only he can. He has to choose to have integrity and bravery, instead of being a coward and lying.

Yes, it comes down to emotional maturity. We will NEVER met all of his/her needs. No, guys don't want to chest BUT they will because they are immature. What makes a man not want to repair is when it calls for him to address his weakness. We can give him all the opportunities to do the right thing, and he will still cheat. Either porn or physically touching a human. Men, you want sex? Be attractive, emotionally not superficially (physical) I am not confident I can't give a man what he needs.

I know he's lying, I literally need him to live so to leave would be worse. Lying just makes him undesirable. Also, what he wants causes me pain, which wants will always win over the feelings of his partner. That matters the most.

So he lies because he's too big of a coward to be a real man and be honest. So instead we have go coddle him and stroke his ego to before we get the bare minimum.
