I have started listening to your podcasts. Your storytelling of animal encounters, the safety measures to take, and animal education and behavior are excellent. The side / finny comments from the non-presenters do nothing but detract from an excellent podcast. The side comments remind me of pre-pubescent males from middle school.

A adult girl friend of mine was attacked by a pack of coyotes. Her screams sent them into a frenzy. She was stuck in the mus on a 4 wheeler. She only survived by throttling the 4 wheeler high and scaring them. Soooo...it does happen.

What exactly is a ”Kodiak” bear, and how does it differ from other bears? Also, I would love to hear about the gentleman in Florida who was attacked by an alligator while diving for golf balls. I’m from Georgia and spend a lot of time in the forest. I’ve seen numerous coyotes, Rattlesnake, Copperhead, etc. Some are starting to see small black bears here in the South. However, the sitings are very few and far between. Some are catching them on trail cameras as well.

I have been listening to this series. I listened to part one and now am on part two. Is it an enjoyable story and obviously a lot of work was put into doing it. I very much appreciate it. But the constant interruptions and silly comments are distracting. Would be nice if those could be reduced.
