Loved the Daniel Lieberman episode. If that doesn’t inspire people to start moving nothing will. Had to chuckle with the contradicting advert at the end.

Being completely honest, an FB reel with Rylan brought me to this podcast. Fascinating, endearing and so very refreshing to listen to Ross and resonate with a lot that’s been said. Hats off to you for being so honest! Looking forward to listening to many more episodes. Jake and team, great work!!

Terrific episode (147) with Alex Scott. I think she is unfairly criticised for a variety of things but she is an excellent Football pundit.

I really admire that you guys brought Vicky on. I feel that because of her past, that many people eye-roll when she has something to say but I feel that she has come a long way and has worked hard on herself. Great podcast ❤️

One of the finest episodes of High Performance, such a wonderful person with a great story to tell but such good, simple, positive messages to take away. Thanks Lucy, will grab the book

Excellent episode with Football referee Anthony Taylor. He came across as a normal guy doing his job as well as he can....just like the rest of us. He though faces the extreme levels of scrutiny and unfare criticism that mor if us could not deal with. Perhaps if Refs could speak to the media after a game ( next day?) Then we would ’humanise’ theme and have a better understanding of how they made certain decisions. Anybody who has reffed unior or Grass Roots Football can appreciate it’s hard!

During the podcast about winning. What is winning? Is it just the final score or is it how one won or lost? My brother died 3 years ago a few weeks later some of my cattle ”won” a show. I didn’t feel like I had won.

You ask a question about everyone being a high performer. The question is does everyone want to be a high performer?

Astonishingly brilliant. I didn‘t know John or his story beforehand but can take so much from it about purpose, how small deeds can help others and leading through your actions

Without doubt the most impactful High Performance Podcast I've listened too, love the comment "dream big it's impossible to miss it" one I will listen too again with a big notepad so many take away insights.

Seriously the best pod out there, it's a serious challenge in delayed gratification to listen to anything else and not to binge listen.

Loved this so much am listening for a second time. so much respect for Kevin, what he has achieved but most importantly the way he achieved it and continues to lead

Love the pod and Josh Warrington was just a perfect example of no excuses. As I'm an Aussie had to really concentrate to understand his accent. Still didn't stop me getting the message that this guy took responsibility for his actions no matter what. Life lesson for all of us in the current times.

Absolutely superb. Have been a professional musician for over 20 years and Kelly’s insights were fascinating. Was recommended the pod by Andrew Scott who has raved about them. Met Damien up in Inverness at the Scotland Rugby team weekend. Great work guys.
