I'm coming back with an update: the podcast changed substantially when Meg left - it was a really fun co-hosted podcast on women's health, but now it's a single host (and Victoria does try to keep it fun & light, but that's hard to do as a single host) and it mostly focuses on intuitive eating. I've been finding myself listening less and less, as intuitive eating just doesn't gel well with my circumstances (Coeliac, thyroid disease)
This podcast is a must for everyone! I just discovered it, but I'm loving it, it's exactly what I needed in my life right now!
