Why isn’t the author disappointed in the slave trade of the American Indians? They were the biggest owners of slaves in all of North America. And they only stopped when they went on the reservation. But, nooooooo, poor Daniel Boone has to be called out. Because he was white? How racist is that of the author? Haha
I live only about 20 minutes from the Boone homestead and have never been there.
really enjoying this!!
Great podcast till you brought this blow bag nyc twit. Tell him to go carbon neutral till he tells us about climate change. Which the climate had always changed. Can’t wait till the mini ice age comes and froze his preaching .
Great series until you talked to this wuss from nyc. Who is he to chastise us about carbon footprint while he used hundreds of thousands of carbons getting to the South Pole to scratch is . I mean what hypocrisy . But typical of nyc. You ruined a great podcast series by this nyc twit. Let his dad take care of him now. Maybe rock him in his chair.
Great series until you had to talk with this duck from nyc who preached about climate change to us. While he uses more carbon then we could ever think of. What a and his carbon using dad. Haha
Stfu about your changing climate bullshit at the end. How much carbons did it take you to get to the South Pole? What an elitist climate ! You ruined a great podcast series and interview by having to bring this bs into the interview. And shame on the host for allowing this bs. Let’s be honest….when has not the climate changed? So will you be happy with a mini ice age again? Haha. What a . Go back to your nyc slum.
Some incredible similarities between this real life story and Master and Commander (book+film). The suicide of the bullied sailor, the inspired captain forcing sailors to eat sauerkraut to stop scurvy.
Thanks for telling this story. Good job I really enjoyed it!
This is a decent podcast. It doesn’t preach how terrible everyone was. People did bad things throughout history. The left (and the right) need to get over it. We were fine as a country until people started telling us how terrible they are. Republicans are just as bad. They can’t wait to tell everyone how much they love black people. The people who suffer the most are the blacks who are constantly being used as props and tokens for anyone who wants likes on social media.
One of the best podcast series I have ever listened to with some of worst ads I have ever had to endure. But don't judge to content on the ads. This is truly wonderful.
Such a great treatment of Boone! Appreciate the acknowledgement of what’s known fact and what’s speculation.
