New house hauntings are not rare. It could be the land the house is on, it could be the area’s trauma, or an attachment someone picked up from somewhere. Look into the history of your area.

Around the 15 to 18 minute mark the ”that part of the house story” gets cut off and the ”blackwood pond” story comes back.

I wonder if the knocking was on the moved door or at the place the door used to be.
