Metro PCS and T-Mobile have Merged awhile back I heard, also I got screwed with their products and ended up contacting the BBB regarding the problems with the crappy treatment from T-Mobile and then when I contacted the Better Business Bureau after that , I got contacted by the President of T-Mobile who cut me a deal and not so much to keep me as a customer but more to prevent any problems publicly probably and yes I can honestly relate on many levels

I can also absolutely empathize with you and your feelings about T-Mobile, they do the same thing to me , they scammed me and they give me the constant runaround
