The first time I used a metal fork, it was so weird, heavy and I hated it.
Beautifully produced with Sarah and E..never saw that coming
Its about time its not pushing some or trans line. Great episode.
I would want to know what Derek was thinking of for those 9 + minutes...
This episode was significantly about giving a clearer personality to Lieutenant Sam Robertson. Thank you to you for doing that and thank you to Lieutenant Robertson. The episode gives some insight into the personal and professional development of one employee of Saint Quentin. I am sure that development goes many directions, depending both on experiences and personal philosophy. Many thanks. The episode also gives a larger perspective to the institution. Very helpful.
I just started season three. After I listened to the first episode, I had breakfast with my good friend who spent almost 30 years in prison. I recommended Ear Hustle to him and he is now following. It seems to me it could be a very helpful series for a formally incarcerated person to listen to to facilitate the processing of his/her experience moving forward. It is giving me insight into the life that my friends have lived and are living. Thank you.
I really like your show and it is interesting but leave out the comments on global warming. It has not been proven. It is a bunch of models that are manufactured by people that want us to be afraid. If the models were true the model for covid would not have been so far off base also.
Just stumbled across Ear Hustle. I like the fact that it doesnt glamorise prison life. It highlights the troubles and strife that people have and the wrong decisions they make whether it be due to poverty or mitigating circumstances, life choices or just being pure evil.
restorative justice is bullshit if person doing 229 years for sextet trafficking
dirty water episode.sentences are mad.229 years for trafficking? prison for a child killing their pimp?
I think she said she also worked.
Really evocative episode - such heart-breaking emotional honesty. Thank you 🥰
been there done that hahahaha maxed out in az state
Always moves my deepest heart. Let white people and young people do the protests. We need black men to be protected
Incredible‼️‼️ I cried for these men and their families.. from South Dakota, thank you for all that you do in shedding this much needed light on the experience of incarceration here in America.. I hear the sounds of change everywhere and I’m excited for that change‼️‼️
Very difficult subject... but, as usual EarHustle dealt with the topic in a way that presents different perspectives. It took a lot of courage to tackle this you guys.
I always cry a little with your episodes. Thank you for the work you do.
Whoever makes the beats for Maserati sucks so bad it doesn't even loop right
How does an employee of BART have multiple cars, multiple boats, two houses etc? Story smells fishy...
Hahahaha " don't do heroin.. Ever! " hahahaha that should be told in every YA accross the world!!
I resented that woman telling me to "educate" myself. I'd like to know how she'd feel if someone abused her son for the pleasure or a piece of shit like her husband... how much education would it take for her to see the perpetrators and consumers of that porn as "not monsters". Fuck her.
Oh it gets me so mad hearing this wife talk about her husband not being a danger because all he did was look! His looking keeps that sick industry alive! Because he looked their needed to be children to provided! Wow! Fuck you!
I really don't feel bad for incarcerated people complaining about covid-19 it's your fault you're in there you should abide by the laws
Has really opened my mind to plight of incarcerated people
I'm loving the series, so relaxing to listen too these heartfelt stories, especially the stuff about Mums
Mind opening and heart warming and crushing at the same time. Absolutely love Ear Hustle and I tell EVERYONE about it!

Hey, guys. I've followed the podcast since the first. I'm a part time musician. Wrote this song a long time before listening to this podcast. https://youtu.be/BL0SCG67Be8
