I found this conversation so powerful and inspirational. It is a practice I plan to incorporate into my daily routine. Thank you, Elizabeth and Jonathan.

Gave up and got bored during the massive burst of adverts before the cast even started. May be great but never got that far

I found it repetitive and not enough content after an hour listening about ”Burn ups”. Not sure why is it so hard to go the point.

Beliefs were contagious society's expectations and norms. Then as I get married young and tried to seek guardianship for children as a husband goes to prison I quickly learn.

@Rosie Ruthless : I found a new hero. I cannot believe I never have heard of me heard of who this amazing woman is. I am so thankful for things like this since I am able to find people in California who stand for the same cause even though I'm in Missouri and was even knowledgeable of her existence. My parents always raised me with the knowledge that women do absolutely anything a man can do however we might have to use different techniques so until adulthood it never really dawned on me how out of sync our belie

I get the part on letting go of something not meant for you or holding you down, what if the problem in still holding on is greater society in general telling you you aren't allowed & shaming you to not let go because it's your responsibility & you're an adult so you must accept responsibility & hold on even if you're miserable. How then do you let go of sonething making you miserable because it's not authentically you?

Drove several thoughts, why loving a person should be linked with sexuality? How after being infatuated with a person's character the harsh details of mortality manifests the limitation of any emotions if devoid of a link to the creator. How an attachment to mortality is like the light heartedness brought by a buzz never brings the peace of heart that it deceitfully promised. She has a burning urge to find that link but no matter how strong she bonds with all creatures she will feel something is missing, the submission to the creator.

Please don't experiment. Man is messing everything up. Please leave it to nature to sort out the strongest/weakest.........We already have to many people living in this world. Man is making it harder to.live, not easier!!!!!!!!!!! Please leave things alone and let nature sort itself out. Thats what the creator wants..........Everything is ok as it is..........
