very applicable to life as a coach, military leader, teacher, or student. if we continue aimlessly, where are we heading. If we dont analyze progress, the steps taken... how do we even verify progress is being made.

I would love to listen to more episodes that talk about social justice and multicultural education as part of a culture if pedagogy. We as educators undoubtedly need to include this mindset in our teaching practice every day.
