This is incredible - thank you for bringing the incredible January 1969 Nagra tapes to life... Each podcast feels like I’m sitting in with the Beatles as they chat, laugh, grumble, discuss, goof around, have snacks and drinks and create the epic songs of their final two albums

That persistent wah-wah sound would’ve driven anyone up the wall. I’m thinking George knew exactly what he was doing in that passive-aggressive atmosphere of the sessions.

Great content & delivery! While listening it suddenly struck me how ill-timed/conceived it was to have begun a project like Get Back so soon after recording/distributing the White Album. I can see them (Paul) wanting to return to live performances but why start from scratch after having emptied their creativity so exhaustively just a few short months before?!!? Why not rehearse and perform several of the 30+ songs they’d just recorded?! Of course one must then look at their ‘66 tour in which they played none of The Revolver LP. Those Beatles were nothing if not enigmatic!❤️
