Why do they always leave the invulnerable shelter to face the monsters?

I'm really enjoying this podcast. Going through a tough time this week and Jean's antics made me laugh properly for the first time in what feels like a while. All great characters though and I'm looking forward to hearing more!

I've listened to the first few episodes, and I'd like to continue listening, but the audio quality isn't the best. Most of my listening is done while I'm driving, and I can't understand a lot of the podcast because of noise on one of the player's end, or on mine.
