Why are some of the episodes cut short or not available?

One thing I find highly biased in criminal Jury trials, is the ability of the Judge to hold incriminating evidence from the Jury. If a Jury has the power to return Guilty or not guilty verdicts, then all evidence should be presented. Our Justice system is flawed. Also, the fact that Coronial inquests have no power to convict. Why not? There are too many technicalities. If he’s guilty, he’s guilty. Makes me sick that he has gotten away with murder.
