I’m so scared of speaking...I don’t know how to improve it...I always used to talk to myself ,am a introvert ...and whenever I meet people I couldn’t speak ...this is so embarrassing ..let me share with you my experience ...there were 30,40 people our there ..and it was and intro part..I was not able to stand ...like Earth is shaking....I couldn’t speak a single word....I don’t have people around me to practice ,..
