I recently read the book breathe by james nestor. So eye opening. Learned and benefits of being a nose breather vs mouth breather. Nose breathers need less water. Mouth breathing sleepers get a dry mouth at night and sleep with water by bed. Can be remedied with mouth taping and you get so many health benefits.
