This episode is a disgrace. You cover this terrorist who swore to kill Amerricans like he’s the victim. Your moral.compass is f×#&ed

I understand that racism and anti Muslim sentiment is a real issue and I’m so sorry about that. But, ultra religious people, semi religious people, and non religious people of all races commit crimes. It’s not ok to just assume that a ”good” kid from a Muslim family didn’t do it because of racism.

I think he did it. Most men who murder their partners strangle them. It seems unlikely anyone else could have done it in fifteen minutes. I also think he’s been in jail long enough and he’s unlikely to pose a threat to society now. But I think he did it.

What a comical story. You really think leftist media has carte Blanche access at a high security military facility. You folks are bent on the destruction of the US

The way Rachel describes feeling closer to her dad because he lived on them after a beating is 🤯 I actually feel bad for her mom.

Great content, but wow, I can not wait for vocal fry to fall out of fashion...

6 months ago reply 2

Omg, why does she elongate every last word in a sentence? I’m sorry, but I can’t with her voice.

7 months ago reply 4

From Retrieval: The sentence for this nurse was outrageous but the worst part was how this was allowed to happen. How one individual is allowed to wreak so much pain and anguish on other defenseless women remains an unanswered question.

Detective Terry kinda sounds like Tom Cruise. Makes for a fun visual.

I would have loved to meet John B! You really have to wonder though, how long did it take for anyone to understand, John WAS the treasure... Godspeed John :)

You should do your next podcast on Temujin Kensu.

Linda and Fred are good people. This cop is an idiot!

1 years ago reply 0

Very very good podcast about Laramie! Very well put together

1 years ago reply 1

This cop is an idiot! This guy Fred is 100% innocent.

Condescending? I don’t even hear a hint of condescension in this.

Loving this

Could you cover the murdaugh case? This would be very interesting.

You guys were the first podcast I ever listened to and I am so happy that Adnan is out of jail because I always believe Jay was hiding something and I didn’t know what it was and I don’t even know if we will ever know what that is either but I am so happy he is out

I could not turn this podcast off listened right through to 5.40am so well presented and controlled so the listener understood what was happening. Love journalists doing these podcasts. Great story unique.

This Podcast had me sitting on the edge of my seat. It’s very disappointing that there was no concrete evidence found. But it is a true blessing that you did this Podcast. This honest reporting is so valuable in this day and age. Truth does come with time, and this Podcast is helping that time move along. Thank you for doing this.

Lost life. So sad

1 years ago reply 0

Wow! Eye opener. So unfair. Why does the world not change. How can we keep letting this happen to our fellow man.

1 years ago reply 0

Great podcast. This is so sad and hard to believe. So much pain for both of the families

1 years ago reply 0

How condescending this show has become

1 years ago reply 0

At what point can people like the cousin, non-doctors directly giving poor (or ANY) medical advice, be held accountable?

1 years ago reply 2

This guy is guilty as sin

Today is October 12, 2022 and I just read a statement in the Washington Post that Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby DROPPED TGE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST ADNAN SYED…. and is working with the state’s attorney to begin the process of certifying his innocence. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!

1 years ago reply 0

Thanks for the podcast. Adnan didn’t do it, Jay hides something, God knows only what. Hay deserves justice.. May she and her family find peace.

1 years ago reply 1

My fist feeling about J is that he has something to hide... Don’t know what, but if feels like he lies about something..

Interesting, but, considering that if a person you know and even liked can rape and sometimes even kill, the nicest person has the possibility to have this very dark side inside. I don’t know if anyone could kill in a devious and devilish way, but one is certain, a collection of circumstances can change anyone.

1 years ago reply 0

Yes, there IS a way the state has to let him go once it can be demonstrated that rules of trial were not observed!!

1 years ago reply 0

Wow! I’m so excited about Adnan! I hope he transitions well. Now I wonder if they will reopen the case. I didn’t listen to the episode yet. I just saw an email of his release and doing podcasts research

1 years ago reply 0

Interesting that she would mention Jay telling another interviewer about seeing the body for the first time in yet another location but choose not to mention the fact that this was actually a fairly credible reasoning for the fact that he had given multiple different accounts of where he first saw it prior. That really destroys her credibility in my eyes

1 years ago reply 0

Im in disbelief. If finally happened. Just wow. Sure he’s on house arrest but didn’t think I’d see the day when Adnan got out.

1 years ago reply 3

This was the first podcast I heard and I loved it. This was an awesome series and to hear Anan was out was awesome to hear. Great job !

1 years ago reply 1

This is just INSANE!!!!! Surely he is out and free, there is NO WAY the state would let him go, not even for a day, if they truly believed he wasn’t innocent!!!

1 years ago reply 1

love your podcast

Did you live it from a ”deep south” point of view?

Season 1 was good. Keeps getting worse though. She’s so racist, it’s hard to listen to. Anybody that makes sure they describe everybody as”white, black, Irish, Italian, etc” when it’s in no way relevant to the story is a racist. Blah, blah, blah. White people are terrible. We get it.

Brilliant & enlightening.

This is a story about exactly what bin laden, and others, was trying to create. When the vast majority become fearful of a small minority, you’ve taken the first step toward genocide. There are still many steps to go but if you get there or anywhere near there, every Islamic extremist gets to say, ”see we told you so...”

I’m currently shacked up with a chick who’s a doctor. We live in a mansion and she just bought me a brand new bronco so I’d say when it comes to women I’m doing fairly well.

@dresmiles : Don’t project your own hatred of women into this. Some woman obviously had the sense to leave you are you are obviously still bitter about it.

Some of the press comment on this series kind of proves its point. Riveting investigation and an absorbing presentation.

I think it’s a terrible app I will give it 0 out of 0. I absolutely love the Spotify podcast and I will give it 10 out of 10.

Who’s more likely to lie? Someone wanting to protect their privileged position of power or someone who doesn’t have that and has no history of seeking anything like it?
